Return Instructions :

1. This form must be presented and completely filled out for any return.

2. Items return for exchange must be returned in new condition (must have box cover for credit).

3. Due to our Super Low Wholesale prices, shipping cost is not refundable.

4. We offer free replacement only on any defective items.

5. Retain you shipping receipt in case of loss or damage during shipping.
